For those local to our area, in-person Reiki sessions are available by advance appointment. These sessions are hands-on, quiet, and supportive.

Reiki is a gentle, hands on or distance based energy healing practice that supports balance in the body, mind, and spirit. It works by channeling universal life force energy to help reduce stress, release tension, and promote natural healing. Reiki is non-invasive, calming, and safe for everyone.
I didn’t go looking for Reiki it found me. At a time when I felt broken and disconnected, it brought a level of healing I didn’t think was possible. That experience changed everything. A year later, I became a practitioner myself so I could offer the same support to others who, like me, needed a different kind of healing, something deeper, something real.
Reiki uses sacred symbols as energetic tools to focus intention and direct healing across time and space. One of these symbols allows practitioners to send Reiki beyond physical touch meaning healing can be given from a distance, no matter where you are. It’s a reminder that energy isn’t limited by location, and connection can happen without being in the same room.
I send Reiki almost every evening to anyone who may need support, physically, emotionally, or energetically. If you'd like to be included in these free distance healing sessions, just send me a message using any of the contact options below. If it's your first time, you'll need to fill out a quick consent form and send it back to me. This offering is completely free as a way for me to stay in service, but if you're able to donate even $1 it helps me cover the cost of maintaining this site so I can continue to send healing to those in need.

Consent is only required once, after that, you’re all set.
I send Reiki in the evenings, typically before midnight Central Time, depending on my schedule.
If this is your first time, you’re welcome to include contact info (like an email or phone number) so I can follow up if needed.
Donations are not required to be included in the nightly sessions, this is my way of offering healing freely.
